What Exactly is a Fixed Fitting a Dental Crown
Fitting a dental crown typically requires two visits to our office. During your initial visit, we will begin by removing any decay from your tooth and shaping it accordingly. Then, we’ll place a temporary crown made of either plastic or metal while your final crown is being created.
On your next visit, we will remove the temporary crown and proceed with fitting and adjusting the final crown until it fits perfectly. Once the fit is ideal, we will cement it into place securely so that you can enjoy having a beautifully restored tooth.
